The Purpose
We bring together students who want to lead before they are asked to — through hands-on community service, fellowship, and structured leadership development.
Mission
To develop student leaders through direct community service, giving every member real ownership over the projects they run.
Vision
A generation of Thurstanians who see leadership as an act of service, not a title — carrying that habit far beyond school.
